Your June Permission Slip
The people who come to me are often struggling with some sort of disconnect or misalignment. They are living one life, a life they used to love, but a life that no longer fits. They have an inkling of a future version of themselves - healthier, happier, more confident, relaxed and free - they just don’t know how to get from here to there. This is where I come in. To hold space for you to explore what you’re leaving behind and to hold the vision of what is possible.
If this sounds like you, here is a June permission. I wrote it with love because I know what it feels like to want more - from yourself, from others, from life - and I know what it takes to follow that whisper.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to change your life.
You are allowed to leave, without over-explaining or making it make sense to anyone else.
You are allowed to edit the story of your life, add or remove characters, have a plot twist, a messy middle or a prolonged sad ending. Even if it makes others feel uncomfortable.
You are allowed to have needs and express them.
You are allowed to have desires and pursue them.
You are allowed to use your voice, to take up space and to inhabit that space without apology.
You are allowed to do what is best for your heart, your body, your mind and your soul.
You are allowed to be bad at something before you get good at it.
You are allowed to mess up, more than once and to try again.
You are worthy of the whisper you hear, the relationship you dream about, the life that is calling you and the legacy with your name on it.
